mapachampa supports Khmer New Generation Organization (KNGO) a not-for-profit Cambodian organization, which provides free education for all children in Bospo, a small village near Battambang. Sun Saveth, director of the school, run other projects to develop the community as the Sewing Program, that allows students’ mothers to learn and get a new job.
mapachampa organizes artistic events as well, like photos exhibition, in order to collect money for KNGO.

L’acquisto delle creazioni mapachampa permette di sostenere Khmer New Generation Organization (KNGO), un’organizzazione cambogiana che assicura un’educazione scolastica ai bambini di Bospo Village, alle porte di Battambang. Sun Saveth, direttore della scuola e fondatore, affianca a questo progetto di base anche altre iniziative volte allo sviluppo economico e sociale del villaggio.
mapachampa organizza in parallelo eventi, come mostre fotografiche, per raccogliere fondi da destinare interamente a KNGO. Ogni anno mapachampa vende un calendario con i disegni di Laura Medina e l’intero ricavato viene devoluto a KNGO e i suoi progetti.
